The process was really smooth and professional from accepting an offer to the sale being completed within a month. The survey process was excellent, I provided a set of keys and Alex handled the rest. They also provided a lot of updates to keep me reassured that things were still moving through out. Over the years I’ve used several estate agents for both buying and selling properties. On this particular occasion I was purchasing an apartment prior to selling my existing home, and the seller had contracted Moving to market and negotiate the sale, in the end to me.
So firstly – as a buyer – I personally found Moving to be very helpful, always happy to provide information to me as the buyer. Moving have their own in-house finance team which I didn’t need to use on this occasion, but more on that in a bit. My purchase transaction went very smoothly and I was kept appraised throughout the whole process even when there was a slight delay in closing the deal, which was not the fault of Moving. The seller had gone on holiday and was unable to sign the Disposition hence the slight delay. Upon the seller’s return the contract and ownership exchange was promptly completed satisfactorily.

Given my very positive experience with Moving as a buyer, I didn’t hesitate to engage them to sell the home I’d just moved out of to move into my new place. Just as it had gone well as a buyer so also it went smoothly and quickly as a seller.
Again, I was kept fully appraised of developments my buyer was experiencing. The buyer used the Moving in-house finance team and given the speed from agreeing the sale through to completion, I have every reason to believe any issues or problems were quickly solved / resolved although it must be said none were brought to my attention so I assume no real issues or problems presented themselves.
Communications were excellent all the way through both buying and selling and any queries were quickly answered with a professionalism I haven’t really experienced with other estate agents in the various locations I’ve lived across the UK.

This is the 2nd time that I have now used Moving as when used previously (Jan 2023) the whole process was streamlined and nothing was any bother at all for Alex/Lyndsay and the team hence why I used again and have recommended to several other people!

We used Moving to sell our house in Broomhill and were absolutely delighted with their service. They guided us through the whole process with both professionalism and friendliness and we were able to accept an offer for our house less than three weeks after we had first contacted them. We found everyone we dealt with at Moving honest and straightforward and always felt we knew exactly where we were with them.

Moving were extremely professional and knowledgable throughout the entire process. Alex was in and out in no time and produced amazing photos and a virtual tour of our property for it being marketed.

As well as the usual posting to RightMove, there was social media engagement, which no doubt helped reach more potential buyers.
